Think its about time that they seriously think about relocating Surfrider to Seaworld, as per the original plan. Its compact, and its a great fit for the park as a spiritual succesor to the Pirate Ship.It is also a quick fix to Seaworld's temporary reduction in thrill rides. Make it happen i say!!

I haven't seen anything that carefully worded in about a month.

Probably just doing it while DD is closed to give some reason to go to the area.

Given where they're working, I'd guess maybe a new queue since the current exit area is more themed than the entry.

@themagician Some people are already complaining about the coaster and some of the people are trying to drum up support against the car park with anything they can use. I just want to make it clear that MW hasn't done anything wrong but the lynch mob are telling residence how much MW is expanding and how much more noise and traffic it will bring to the area. This was put up by one of the residence. People are posting this. "Its general knowledge that village roadshow has the money, and money talks.."

This announcement is getting further and further away. Look at Energylandia and Blackpool pleasure beach. They have announced their rides for 2018... thats two years away. I would actually be surprised if VRTP announced it before next year.

The more I look at it, the more I think I wish to change my previous statement for this ride to "goodbye, you will be missed....kind of".

I dislike it when people say “I want a ride like a Tron ride”. What they are saying is I want a clone of a ride in my backyard. What makes a ride unforgettable is an original ride. I may never get to ride Tron but when I go on holidays I don’t want to be riding the same rides that I can ride at home.

I know people were hoping MW's new coaster would be the best of 2017, depending on what else is out there I think we've found the winner for 2018...

Yeah, i never expected Dreamworld to appear as though you are in a dream... I'm not sure how you'd even fulfil a brief in trying create that. But if that's what we are heading for, I'm all for Miranda Kerr pouring beers while Margot Robbie gives me a massage in the queue line.. (we may run into some conflicting licensing issues though as Margot would be in her Harley Quinn get up)... waking up in 3, 2, 1....

The river rapids have already been replaced once (although, that was back in the days of Terror Canyon I & II still operating). I think if they decide to remove what they have (and I really hope they don't as they are a fun set of body slides with minimal wait) - then I think its time that entire hill got reworked into something very different.

I can read it fine. Have another drink Anyhow if it was to go underground I'd expect the pit do be done with the rest of the ground work and there has been no evidence of that. P.S. Drink responsibly
