I picked it up from the get go that thats what it was, but ive only heard it on video if that changes anything. I've also played a few games with stone on stone sliding, so that may also be why i recognise it.

I agree with this, I thought it was pretty easy to pick up. I thought the bat sound when you enter the temple was harder to pick up on as I didn't realise those were bats until they were installed.

Went yesterday afternoon and with jungle rush down my family and I were able to go on Mississippi motors 4 times in a row which the kids love. Also no queues for the wiggles roller coaster and the other kid rides.
Always love the afternoons at dreamworld over movie world since even at the 4pm you can still get big waits for driving school, wild Wild West etc while dream world is usually nice and quiet.

We could be getting mist effects around. Could be cool

my guess is they are installing mist and the waterfall effects, i guess we’ll see on Tuesday though.

Does anyone know why there is a staff member always standing under the tracks just between the Jungle Rush entrance and the restaurant entrance? They seem to be directly under the lowest section of track and every time I have been there is someone there at all times of the day. Any idea?

Also, can anyone tell my why my posts always have to be approved by a moderator? I’ve been posting here and there for many years. Often by the time my post is approved and added to the chat the conversation has well and truly moved on. Thanks

I asked a staff member that question when I was there over Christmas. She said it’s because the track is quite low they have to watch people don’t bump their heads. For example if a child is on a parents shoulder they might not fit under.

I also find it annoying that my posts need approved yet a few weeks ago, someone spammed the the forum

I saw them on day one and assumed that the clearance to the track overhead is too close and there is a risk someone could climb the supports to enter the ride envelope so they need a spotter (which is allowed under the regulations).

I would suggest that they've ordered something else to prevent an envelope breach but it takes time to fabricate and install so like most other things with JR - we will continue to see new additions for a while yet...

It looks like a 🦕 ate the 💎 and 💩 it out.

Currently, it is still horrible.

it really doesn’t look bad in person.

So the ride is themed to an ancient temple right?

So, the now lost to time ancient society set up a temple and it was their place of worship/power. Having a big ass gem outside makes sense. Could be bragging of wealth, power or it could be an important religious symbol to that society.

I don't think Jane and Murray are meant to be responsible for the gem.

The trouble is it doesn't look like a gem. It looks like an egg
