What's this site?

Featured Replies

Forgive me if this has been discussed before but I just came across this site... I've never heard of it before and am wondering what the back story on it is and who's site it is? http://www.themeparknewsdirect.com

Its Ash.1111s, Though what I cant work out is why on the front page it says about an application for a "white card - roller coaster" going in at DW, when there is nothing like it on the GCCC PD site.

(PLEASE NOTE: Information is sketchy at this stage and we hold no reliability to false information)
Sounds like a way to bump up hits on his website. If anything ever comes into fruition i will happily take that back, but It looks a little seedy to me.

Here's a screenshot. I would not post fake news. Jeez, even ScreamScape posts news with less information than this...

OK well I guess the cat is out of the bag. More details on this roller coaster can be read on this top secret page. Please keep it to yourselves because if Dreamworld find out they might change their minds and scrap it.

Well if you look up the application number, youll see it was approved on 15/07/1982.. somehow I dont think even dreamworld is that slow, 28 years between approval and construction, yikes. Also, the date in 2010 is listed under date lodged, "Lodged: 10/10/2010" And, lol Richard.

Once again I say you post about stuff you don’t know anything about. There is no point winning the race if your information is incorrect. The application is on a HISTORICAL lot. It was approved in 1982, which means this coaster has come and gone. Thanks ash for keeping us up to date with the latest news.

The date did throw me. Although the date (2010) seemed like a ideal time for a roller coaster to be built. It was at the top of the list... and everything seemed in date order. I just assumed there was a error in the dates. My bad - better luck next time :P PS: Funny post Richard :)
