Wet 'n' Wild Ride/Park Map References

Featured Replies

I was just peering at the park map and i came across at what looked like a batmobile, obviously referencing the next door park MovieWorld. Also, at the front gate on the surfboards, the designs resemble 3 of the rides, SurfRider, AquaLoop and Kamakaze. Any Thoughts?

Interestingly, the map available on the current version of themeparks.com.au doesn't have constrictor???

The Movie World map doesn't have Justice League either. Really wish they'd keep their website maps up to date

And this is why having schmancy fancy flash versions of their park maps is a bad idea... You have to update your park maps when things change... but because all of the graphics and imagery are different in the flash version, you've got to get someone to do it - you can't just upload a new image (the same one you gave to the printers)....

Maybe they should update th map completly change the map it's self. It really needs a revamp. It's just that they go to alot of trouble to put all of the maps around the park as well as print thousands of copies (well maybe not, it is pretty fast). They just edit it in! Why not just redesign the bits that need editing (for example the roof on the river rapids) just to make it resemble the park?

See, i actually prefer the maps graphics and art they use on the printed maps. In a way, it represents the feel of the park instead of a boring, flat clean map like the one found at Dreamworld. Talking about outdated maps, has anyone noticed that the Marvin rocket is still featured on the map?

The printed in park maps are pretty awesome, why they got those crappy maps for the website I don't think I'll ever know. Whenever I look at the online maps I wonder how if fill a whole day at the parks.
