Have had the same thing happen, given we have an online savings account that we transfer money from when necessary. One time it caught us short, and we got slugged the overdue fee as well.  

I hate direct debit

Doesn't help it's outsourced either. 

It depends on how close to the debit date you changed them. Our organisation processes direct debits and we need 7 days notice to update account details.

The old details would have still worked.

Meanwhile we can update it up to an hour before the debit is due to happen and no issues...  Depends on the company procedure and processes...

How then did it fail? either they debited the old, or the new - if both would have worked, how did it decline?

Debit Success wouldn't say. I called next business day, they tried again, and it worked just fine. Magic. 

Premier and Elite memberships are now "sold out" with a new Adventure Membership on sale. Basically the same as Premier without a fright night entry.

Has anyone else been having trouble with memberships the last few days? I havn't seen anything in my inbox about them, but i cant log into the online bonus portal thing, cant redeem the $350 bonus' and i just took the pass out of my app to re-add it and check and again no bueno.

Mine worked when I used the ID number (under the pic, 9 digits long) not the barcode. 

Cool, i just tried with the number i use to login to the online portal. Went back into the app and my pass was still loaded too. I still get "This tier has expired" on the portal still though.

Yeah claiming the bonus tickets required the ID number (One Pass) or Member No. (membership).

To add to the app, memberships were a nightmare, but if you haven't updated it, the new version of the App allows you to scan your pass barcode with your phone camera and it adds it for you.

You can also use the scanner to add the bonus tickets into the app as well, so you don't need to carry the paper tickets with you.
