all outdoor rides close at 9pm

Scooby remains open until 10:30pm

Sorry Janine but that's incorrect as far as I'm aware.

Due to noise restrictions external rides are not able to operate post 9pm (may be 9:30). 

Ride queues close to give enough time for all guests in line to get through prior to the noise restrictions kicking in.

last year Both nights I attended SE queue was closed by 8:15.

I'm guessing thats just for fright nights then due to the longer lines. I've been to a few other night events and they have closed off the lines at 9 and have the rest of the riders done by 9:30.
