Yeah, that's what I was thinking, you wouldn't get nearly as much immediate media coverage on a weekend.

Just curious what you mean by confirmed? By the park in an official capacity? By the ride manufacturer? Or by the supplier of the paint used? I suspect you could get three different, perfectly valid answers there...

Well we already have a rollercoaster based on a video game, so why not have one based on a card trading game  -  The colour matches too!

First impression,  not a fan of the name but just watched that preview and I can't wait to ride it. 

Now things are official the speculation thread has run its course.
