Jelly Belly store opening at Dreamworld (but is now closed, because Dreamworld)

Featured Replies

Just thought I'd share a few piccies I took first thing this morning ☺️ Prices are pretty reasonable, $9.99 for a tub of mixed flavours which you choose yourself from the wall. They have the Bamboozled (prank) ones available as well lol.

I think the new store is a nice little addition to Dreamworld 😆👍

was down at the store as well..  it's pretty a nice addition to the park, I do agree with other ever said the facade doesn't look very appealing but besides that It's a very welcoming addition to the park

It also seems very cramped.. Is it just me?

It is small, but there wasn't a huge amount they could do with such a space tbh. This morning it was a bit cramped with so many people in there for the opening, but it was ok once it emptied out (which is how it will be most of the time) and a lot more manageable.

It's not really the type of store you'd spend a huge amount of time in anyway  ☺️

the pick and mix wall looks great.

Am I the only one that thinks a few retail stands plonked against the opposite wall is a bit of a miss? Like - would it have hurt, since this is a new \ first for the park for them to have had some built-in cabinetry for the hang-packs, rather than those mismatched and cheap stands?

Given the pick and mix wall looks great...  /sarcasm Perhaps they spent their budget on that and had to just put those others in...  Either that or they ran out of time and figured they would do that just to make opening...  /end sarcasm  It does seem weird to have one side looking so nice, smooth and organised and then the "clutter" of shelves on the other side...

To help make my post clearer...

Have to be honest. I've never known so much hype and carry on for a tiny little lolly shop.

Put me firmly in the 'I don't get it' camp. Like if this was at a Westfield would anyone care?

Hmm I don't think this shop is even close to on par with the Lego store in terms of significance.

I guess there's no Westfieldz out there online..

There is still a section on Dreamworlds website called Jelly Belly but it mentions nothing about the store. The tab however when you open the Jelly Belly section is labbeled Jelly Belly Store...1179536955_ScreenShot2018-09-07at8_48_16am.png.1a0346db7b2bf4538f81052cd17a610a.png

Let's put that down to  (yet another) very minor oversight, shall we?

They haven't had one of those for a day or two.

  • Richard changed the title to Jelly Belly store opening at Dreamworld (but is now closed, because Dreamworld)

I wouldn't care about this if they didn't try and sell it as an attraction when it opened! Like at least commit to your stupid shit.
