Landscaping an area that size will take more than just hand work. They are likely offices and storage for the tools and machinery and what not needed to do it.

Don't tease smeg, are you dropping hints? Does your other half know?

It could still be a while - they could very well be waiting until just before construction begins. It's most likely only going to be opening in September or December 2017, and assuming it takes around a year to build it could still be two or three months until anything is announced if they're waiting for construction to begin before dropping anything.

A few teasers would be cool though, like BGW did.
