So is that a stack of 14 of the smaller size and a stack of larger ones, or is that one smaller item made from 14 layers laminated together? Also, any ideas what these actually are? I can't quite tell

I think to set the anchor rod locations.   image.jpeg

No really. Looks like a standard packing strap so you know that is 1-2cm wide.

Scale the rest from that.

Just back from the park,

Had a quick peek through the fence at the exit of Justice league.   It seems they have the same portable fencing on the other side of the creek next to justice league building.  They also have markers stuck in the ground over there in what looks to be a straight line.

At an uneducated guess Id say it would be the site of the station.

Make sense with it being closest to the rest of the park.

This thing looks like its going to be huge... Cant wait.

A straight line would be a. the station, b. the lift hill, c. a/the brake run or d. storage

Or a maintenance bay, or a perimeter, or a marker for theming, or a marker for an underground service, or a place to store spare markers.

kinda hard to work out the size from this haha

This might help you to work out what is going on.

Look at the base of the Mack Mega Coaster.  Do you see something the same shape?  I don't know but would assume the plates are to set out the rods then discarded.

Anybody agree?

Maybe it's bigger they only have 4 bolts on that 1, this has 6 per footing ?

The connection isn’t going to tell you if it’s hyper or mega.  Half of the ride might have 6 rods tying the ride down and the other half might have 4 anchor rods.  Just like the track it changes depending on what is required for that section.

Superman has at least 3 different track configurations shown in this picture.

Mack's large-scale coasters all utilise the exact same track, support and train technology. Like the Superman Escape (Intamin) example, the forces and structural requirements will dictate what style or size of various components are used at different points on the ride.

If you were trying to figure it out based on the footings, then a launched coaster would have a lot of close supports in a straight line, while Mack's lift hills feature a box truss track with only a few sparsely placed support columns.
