It certainly does look like Annabelle. If you look closely, you'll see baby dolls in one of the boxes - a prop which was heavily featured in 'Annabelle: Creation'. I believe the old Grandfather Clock is also featured in that same movie.

NEWSFLASH! Annabelle isn't the only horror movie to have dolls.  The dolls in the photo look newborn and Annabelle isn't a newborn baby doll.

All taken from the opening scene in Annabelle: Creation.

Yes, Daddy Day Care because Eddie Murphy's acting is really scary.

Suicide Squad because Will Smith's acting is extremely scary.

Again? We had Halloween the last 2 years.

May as well roll Saw out, again.

We had Halloween : the curse of Michael Myers for the last two years. Three years if you count the precinct in 2016. Halloween ( 2018) is a direct sequel to the original film and ignores all other sequels. Just by looking at the photo that was posted in dodgems, there's some mannequins , a baby and what looks a basement in the back. Plus MW were promoting Halloween 2018 by showing the trailer before they kicked off each night.

It’s a different movie, but It’s the same characters and we all know they just repurpose the sets year on year so it would be the same maze. No thanks

Michael Myers would be the only character that would make a reappearance but would have a different look. The sets would be more or less different too as it's a different story.

Are you seriously advocating they repeat Halloween? The “other” characters are just blood covered victims. There are no other characters,

What different sets? Every Halloween involves people being murdered in a house. It’s not like one is in the forest, the next in space, the next in a prison, they are always in a house. Other than changing the decor in a room, it’s the same maze again.

The Conjuring 'Universe' is that big in the Cinematic world right now, it currently holds title for Highest grossing horror Flicks (Nun, Annabelle). Not to mention Movie goer's use that 'U' word when referring to this particular Franchise - one that was formally exclusively reserved for icons Marvel, possibly Star Wars.

Like or not, this is the biggest thing in Horror right now and therefore a practical/perfect/logical choice for MW to cash in for the upcoming FNs. I'd be disappointed if they don't.

I don't follow Fright Nights and I know they've done this before but just so you all know, this was submitted at the end of June:
