looks like the jets are only going where those 2 supports connect to the white. if you look closely you can see the air hoses and down the bottom a maintenance hatch so they can get in and change tanks etc. oh well 2 are better than none

 

maybe another at the very bottom cant see for sure the tower is in the way

Same reason the colours are not exactly the same - the media artwork was an artists impression.

On the bottom of the ring on each side are white markings which may indicate where 2 of the jets are going.

To be fair, wouldn't maintaining any amusement ride (Especially tall ones) be a challenge?

Clearly hoses run through the ring, so it stands to reason tanks aren't going to be INSIDE the ring - surely they'd be able to run lines further afield to a location much easier to swap out tanks though?
