I just thought it would be better if those roof poles were placed behind the facades. Not right in front of the facades.

Given the facades are on top of the existing buildings, those buildings probably could not accommodate them.

So Storm is down again. I swear I have the worst luck with this ride. Think I'm about 1/4 so far.

Thanks for the photos @Theme Park Girl - I remember a time when there was a lot of negative feedback about the state of that area, and now it's getting a new lease on life. I really dig it when the parks are on the same page as the fans.

I think the monorail poking through on its journey will be a cool touch, hopefully they've given the Monorail extra height clearance should they ever decide to throw air-con on the top.

Roof is nearly complete, with facades really starting to come together. Vegetation is also now being up in place.

I really hope they've taken all this on board and modified their plans slightly to now include at least one fountain.

This is actually for next year, as maintenance dates for rides are already going up. The Vikings Revenge is going to be down for an awfully long time later in 2017, nearly 4 months? ?

"Viking Revenge Flume will be closed for Maintenance from Monday 17/07/17 to Sunday 10/12/17"

Wonder whats happening with it? ?

Let's hope they're going to do a big refurb and possibly give it some new theming. Let's also hope they don't pull another Bermuda. 

The other possibility is that something is happening with the building it's on (the one that used to house the 4D movie, is it still there?), although I wouldn't think it would be anything big due to what'll be happening at MW next year.

That's nearly 5 months, not 4. Hopefully to replace Storm with something more reliable *grumbles*.

BERMUDA CONFIRMED (Nah, it's not, VRTP do that a lot but it's not a possibility at all for Vikings). Here's hoping a slight refurb.

Although, when you think of it, Vikings is going down longer than Wild West Falls has this year, so a refurb is plausible.

I actually did originally write 5 months, then edited it to 4 because I thought I had miscalculated haha. Damn.
