I don't think so, I think that go-kart attraction was the WnW Buggys 

I could be completely delusional but there was talk about a go-kart ride inside the Hollywood student driver set in between shows. But it does now sound a lot like WnW Buggys.

On second look It does make a lot of sense that this is the next toilet block to be referbed.

@Slick Put it his way.  If you go to a park and your kid has waited for the last millisecond to tell you they need to go. Knowing all aspects of the park and what is operational is very important.

The toilet block is still open, it's just the side wall of it, is having some work done to it

Also, there's now a companion toilet at the back of the ones at the front of the park.
