Girl got hit in the face by a flying ibis whilst in the front row on DCR over the weekend

Definitely brought a laugh to my otherwise boring day 😂😂

Out of all birds it was an ibis... My thoughts are with the victim and her family.

That is a memory you will never forget, that’s for sure🤗

She’s not dead mate... pretty sure it’ll be pulled out at every birthday and family get together for the rest of her life

I was hit by a fly when riding the sea viper at sea world, and that bloody hurt, so a bird would be a like a brick to the face.

I haven't been hit but was operating a ride when it happened. I was operating Psyclone (pretty much the same as The Claw) at Canada's Wonderland, when a teenage girl got hit by a seagull. I saw something go flying and nearly hit the e-stop. My supervisors were in the booth me and went to investigate, and came back with a box with the dead seagull in it. The girl was in tears but okay. The seagull landed in the garden next to the merry-go-round.

"The Bus is now leaving for Seagull Point, NSW"

 

My favourite part is that you can so clearly see what words she is saying after it. It just makes it so much better
