Wtf those lights?

Matches the non-carved pumpkins nicely don’t you think.

TOP DEFINITION

halfass

Dreamworld attempt at theming.  Something done poorly, a bad job, a rushed task the person could have done better at.

I told him to clean his room and he did a halfass job!

Dreamworld purchased thousands of pumpkins and didn’t carve them.

Dreamworld hangs random lights on train station for no apparent reason.

Yeah kinda don’t get the hate around the pumpkins. You can’t expect them to hand carve thousands of them.

They are carved and themed in select areas..

 NEWS FLASH!

Voicing an opinion is not hating.

Hating has become a lazy copout internet word.

I’ve previously stated DW hosting a family Halloween night is great but un-carved pumpkins and hay belong on the farm.

Skeet would be happy if during the event kids got a chance to carve the pumpkins or if DW had an artist walking around the park and the kids could watch some pumpkins getting carved.

Sorry but a pumpkin doing nothing belongs in my belly with my Sunday roast.🐷

Yes, because a theme park trying to recover from a tragedy and restore its safety record should definitely be handing out knives to children. 😉

He did give an alternative - thanks for selectively quoting.

I like either idea. if done safely and in a controlled manner, learning to carve a pumpkin would be a really cool and unique element to the event. I'd certainly like to try my hand at it before butchering something at home...

^ You’re welcome. You missed my 😉.

I actually quite like both ideas too and agree they’d be a good addition. It’s quite an art form and quite enjoyable. It is time consuming though.

Fun fact - when you carve a pumpkin they rot within a few days, whereas if you leave them whole they’ll last for a few good weeks at least.

And finally the swamp monster show

I really like the idea of this but the execution needs work. While the lights look pretty cool  the head of the thing (NOT AN ANIMATRONIC BTW LOL) just sits there  motionless in the dark off to the left.

Well it does move and it is an animatronic. Don’t appreciate that sarcasm.

It’s not animatronic.

Its an inflatable, The fan is controlled to add more or less air to make it move.
