FINALLY SOMEONE OUTSIDE OF 'PARKZ' CALLS THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA OUT...

To be fair, the Channel 7 news story was just reporting on the delusional Victorian MP that thinks Disney should build a park in Frankston.  Their choice of soundbites from the locals set the tone from them.  They can't have opinions in news reporting, so the best they can do is report on the MP and get the locals to say it's dumb.

Melbourne can’t even get it together to build a train from the airport, you think we could pull this off? Not a chance.

Come on man, he said the TREE gets dragged out in December. This story isn't due for a bump for another year.

Every 18 months or so, this story gets dragged out like the tree in December!

Lol I have a guy in my team at work who lives in Werribee in Victoria. My joke occasionally is : have they built Disneyland yet?

News sites have a certain amount of space to fill with content, so they have their go-to pieces on slow days.

I'm still waiting for African Safari World :P Maybe once that opens we will get a Disneyland... with it's main attraction being a themed indoor wild mouse with fire sensing eyes...
