If it was opening September school holidays they would already be promoting it to get the intestate bookings flooding in.

Not necessarily. This isn't a refurb. this is an entirely new ride. There's no guarantees it commences testing and they have problems. I'd suggest until Mack hands over to the park they're staying quiet. Once it's handed over, they'll start shouting it loudly - and in the meantime it can have a few weeks of technical rehearsals prior to an official opening to train staff without setting guest expectations too high.

At least I hope that's what they do and not have a grand opening on boxing day with minimal staff trained and a line going back to WWF...

Agreed! When this reopens it needs to have maximum operators to pump through the queue because the park will be getting very busy when it does reopen. And if the park was smart, they will give a reopening date at least one month beforehand because they should realise that people will travel to ride this again and they’ll shoot themselves in the foot if they take the Wizard of Oz approach.

While I don't have A Photo to show you this, but I did notice on My Very Brief Trip today that the Roller Door at the Exit Shop that had a Artwork on it has been Repainted to just Plain White.

Movie World have confirmed the ride is reopening this December.

My bet is on Dec 12 or 13 to align with the school holidays

The park teases a ride opening people have waited three years for and suddenly everyone forgets the sorry state of the park overall and is all shut up and take my money again.

This is why Village has so much contempt for guests and has zero care for the guest experience.

Actually I viewed the park's post on social media and the comments are a flood of people saying they needed to plan a trip \ buy passes \ renew passes etc.

Sounds like MW know what they are doing then.

IFMW do a decent job on Scooby & the new stunt show, it might even temp me to change my passes to Village this year.
