They rethemed it to the ‘Banana Bender Pub’. Haven’t been to dine in since the retheme, but from the small glimpse I got of the interior at Dingo Racer’s opening, it seemed pretty much the same inside.

As for why... because they didn't own the rights to it. They had permission to use the theme... until they didn't anymore.
