DW really keep kicking goals with guest service and satisfaction.

No one would have expected them to put on another night for free just because the weather was lousy.

I wouldn't try to you know it's fixed.  I've heard some people claimed their ticket and the ticket wasn't emailed  to them.

There’s also a sever error on the After Dark page and the redecoration for Jane’s on Saturday nights also isn’t working. Must be a few errors currently happening with their system.

It’s all been sorted and the events page is now live. Annual passholders who didn’t buy a ticket for the last event can buy one for the February date for $10.

Greg is taking Dreamworld in the right direction; he is treating it's his personally owned business putting the love and care into it compared to the corporate style mess down the street. It feels like he personally wants everyone visiting to have the best day out possible while Village just want the money and don't care about the guest experience.

All parks on the GC are having issues that need to resolved.  You already mentioned MW so no need to repeat it.  DW still has the issue of not enough people to keep it open all day, during the week.

They both really have the same issues but are dealing with it differently.

That's, um... actually pretty cool.  Dreamworld has made me barrack for them a bit.

There at the moment, rain is a bummer but we are making the most of it. 
 

who the hell decided one train operations for Steel Taipan? The tailwhip line is as long as what general entry normally is. 

@Coasterjoe I believe the second train is out of action for maintenance at the moment 

Yeah - I understand it's a night event but the train rebuilds have to happen at some point and this is off season for them.  Outside school holidays and heading into winter is when you can afford to drop some of your capacity to get things done.

Clearly taipan was popular which is good (especially since tailwhip is getting so much patronage - looks like charging less for a seat actually DOES work! (cough, village, cough))

Yeah that makes sense, I didn’t realise they were working on the second train. 
 

Overall a really well run night, the rain once again did make it difficult with a number of rides struggling in the conditions. Taipan was really struggling with keeping up the demand in the rain. But even with a huge line, single train and a breakdown that extended an hour we still only waited 2 hours for tailwhip including the breakdown. Proving that Dreamworld is still absolutely winning in the ride operation department. 
 

The dedication to guest satisfaction just continues to amaze me at Dreamworld, staff always seem to go above and beyond and I really do think Dreamworld is in a really good place at the moment.
