  • Don't be confused Gazza. It is really true. Mack are refurbishing both rides so that they use the ONE pumping system, even though both rides are a significant distance from each other. You have to tru

  • Presuming she is talking about Seal Harbour. I mean, it would be pretty foolish of Kujotess to believe/suggest that a Mack water coaster could be completed and ready in 6 weeks from now.

Usually, midweek isn't the best time to get photos - mainly because those who are nice enough to visit the park and take photos aren't always able to do it on a weekday because of work, or study obligations.

You can wait until the weekend when more members can get down there and if you ask nicely enough they'll get some, otherwise - you can always go down there and take some yourself and post them for everyone else...

Sounds like an amazing ride :). Can't wait to ride it in the future. Just a question, will 'wild' be a ride or an animal experience?!

well from the look of it, animal, but it's still early in construction so it could change. not sure how well it's going to fit in with the 'sea' world thing though...

Taken about an hour ago - they were testing the ride and smoke effects (where it dips at the bridge.) There's also a water blast as you pass under the bridge and go back into the building.. Looks great. Apologies for the long part 1, I was hoping the boats would release from the breaks, am still in the park and can't really edit at the mo. http://youtu.be/l-4x5ChdGb8 http://youtu.be/V8yrFKoQSK8

Awesome! Looking good!

anyone got any pictures of the water cascade yet?

Ride is running right through as I send this.. Quite a bit of speed down the drop and into the building.. Water / ending: http://youtu.be/Dbq2czJM31s Boats now coming through without test dummies.. Spewing I can't go on it.. haha Perfect timing on the skyway.. Enjoy! http://youtu.be/gvGqDYd-Vtc

That looks really cool! It appears to have some good speed as it goes into the building. One thing I'm disappointed with is that they didn't go to the effort of making the gravel areas a shallow pool of water, just to add to the theme a bit.

Agree, it looks odd having that one well themed water section at the end, which isn't really visible unless you walk via the flume to the right of the castle. The area under storm looks bad with just gravel and poles.. Water and rocks would have been so much better. Maybe in the future.

yeah, the boats look a bit strange in that area...

Whoah! The boats go so fast you can hardly see them go over the airtime hill!

Looking foward to it!

And the water cascade is looking pretty neat!

well, it really is a 'big one'

cant wait so see the indoor section!

I'd like to think that maybe in the future the spare space could be used for something (Eg look at what is proposed in the middle of Superman after all these years of it being white gravel)

Have they finished work on the cascade? If so I'll be pretty disappointed. There are still large sections of exposed concrete. If you look at Skatteøen in Denmark, the cascade walls are completely covered with rockwork and theming. I can't say I'm thrilled with the theming so far.
