Looks like they are doing daily video logs on their new channel, and nothing will jump out in this video unlike last years stupid ones.

At park today, barriers covered in what looks like a blood bath from zombie attacks lines the path from Arkham to Sound Stage 2.

Heres some pics to the bottom of the page. http://thethemeparkplace.com/warner-bros-movie-world/warner-bros-movie-world-park-update/

A bit off topic here, but Wyncenuros, did you also find MovieWorld to be really crowded for a weekday not on school holidays? The line up for Superman and Arkham were both well over an hour.

Some schools are now on holidays, for one I know CAC just next to Dreamworld is on holidays.

At the park today I was pleasantly surprised to find a decontamination team scanning people and handing out flyers with instructions on how to survive the 'walking dead' (as well as an advert for the series on FX) post-937-0-38986000-1348312933_thumb.jpg post-937-0-14888600-1348312948_thumb.jpg post-937-0-55693800-1348313038_thumb.jpg post-937-0-06990500-1348313128_thumb.jpg

I like how they are doing scanners as advertising throughout the day, having zombies around the park would traumatise and ruin lots of kids or anyone who doesn't like those things days. I know that they have done the whole zombie in the park day advertising before, I don't know if they are doing it again this year though.

I'm curious whether they bought them specifically for this purpose, or whether they had them on hand for other events... I can't really think of what other applications they would have for those little guys in the park - the beasts they have in the windows drains are far superior...

I had the same thoughts AlexB. I'd say they would have bought it for what its suppose to be for - they could be put inside small props etc.

So I just upgraded my wife and I's VIP passes to gold. Does anyone know how long it should take for the email to come through? Looking forward to fright nights this year. I didn't get a chance to go last year!

Usually within 5 minutes.

So hanging out for the major fog they use at Fright Nights, one of the most amazing parts of this event...

Ummm it's a movieworld... So movieworld??

But I mean, are they the ones that make all the mazes, designs, marketing, planing? They decide what to do each year?which mazes? I recall sudden impact was involved in the first mazes, but do they still plan everything?

Sudden Impact were involved with the Saw and Nightmare on Elm Street mazes for the 2009 event but I am pretty sure everything else has been handled in-house.

When they get props for mazes do they keep them after? Like this year do you think they will reuse props from the Nightmare on Elm Street and Saw maze for the Film Vault maze?
