It's gone from being called a post to a centre pole.   I'm sure someone knows the correct name for that section of the ride.

I'm gonna go with 'trunk'

I was thinking they would build the arms first in mid air and hold them up by cranes then gradually attach the centre pole in or something

that would be like building it backwards

When they constructed Storm, they had similar covers over the poles on each fence panel.

As they have again here

While not exactly the same here, I thought they might be covering posts that were left in the ground?

Although this would suggest otherwise

How about posts they've PUT in the ground?

Two interesting changes for me.

1.       The existing access/fire door has been sheeted.

2.       The height of the stormwater pipes sit well above the height of where the tubing round support connects to the foundation.  (I always thought the pipes being placed next to the foundation was there to catch the water runoff into the ride load pit area).  Not saying that the pipes will not be trimmed but one of the pipes has already been capped.  Could the loading platform end up this high.  It could just be the angle of the photo.

It's a bit discriminating to be shutting fires out like that. #stopfirehate

Obviously whatever they're doing will still be up to code, but have they relocated that exit do we know, or was it just an extra one?
