After just reading the reviews and watching this video : I would say this maze was not at all boring. Those screams seem to be coming from more than one group plus it was voted by the public as to which maze they'd prefer. 

It was by far the poorest of the offerings 

But it was voted as the preferred maze before anyone had gone through it, the public were voting based off the name of the maze. And after experiencing it, it could've been done a lot better if the maze was given a bigger budget.

From memory the choice was cannibal clowns and some other generic 'theme' (I don't know why but I want to say it had something to do with cars - death race? Or road kill?)

It'd be awesome if they did a Scream maze this year. Especially because it's the 20th anniversary of the original film.

Eh, idk man, Scream was never really "scary", no matter how much I adore the Scream movies, I can't think of a single moment that could be utilized in a maze, always a possibility though. I've always wanted a Insidious or Sinister maze tbh; but my highest of hopes for a maze for past few years has definitely been Texas Chainsaw Massacre, I reckon they could pull that off incredibly. <3

Scream may not have been overly scary, but I dark, dimly lit maze with ghost face running/jumping out would be a great maze imo...

I'm not sure if anyone noticed or mentioned this but Gothic Hall is returning and it seems there will be three scare zones this year.

^Yeah it was announced when the date were released that Gothic Hall would be returning, but they did announce that there would be 3 new precincts. And now there are only 2. 

So my guess is the two precincts will be Fountain of Fame and Main Street ( and Gothic Hall being held at Gotham City Hall ). I would of thought there would be a precinct in the intencity area or DC villiains   unleashed area. I'm sure I saw a post informing that the WWF ghost town area was open this year? 

Haven't seen that post and find it unlikely to be utilised unless in a controlled environment (ie. UTT)

Could possibly be an explanation for the carpentry work going on in Taz's Bumper Cars over the past week. The area could make a decent sized panic room?

But when shit hits the fan, is if first in best dressed or so members get priority?

I never did them, but I believe there was some sort of clues you could get if you were stuck. 

IF the rooms are the same as previously....

 

It almost looks like they're framing up offices, or a small living area - could this perhaps be more of a haunted house, than just a bunch of panic rooms?

OK, never mind. I've had confirmation that it's not Fright Nights related, more so to the amenities side of things lol. Oh well.... ?
