That’s the spirit, close your water coaster during summer.

The reef is also closed in the summer (4th-18th Feb). It does not make any sense. The reef is one of their highest capacity attractions that requires no staff and it's a water based attraction.

Every year Storm has maintenance in Feb, and every year we point out how goddam stupid that is and suggest that they really should move it, and every year nothing gets done. It's kind of like a yearly ritual.

6 weeks doesn't strike me as an extraordinary amount of time. Except of course its in the middle of winter when no one wants to ride the parks only other ride, Storm so it's a dumb time of year to... wait, we've already done this haven't we?

What i'm waiting for is the posts about Surfrider moving to SW when it goes down for its annual maintenance.
