If that was the case it would completely defeat the purpose of the clown head which is outside of the arcade.

and having been in the arcade today, he must have climbed up and stood on a amusement machine to get those photos - which is shit too.

I think MW assume every person who has a FN season pass will be attending every  night, so you should be good!
